November/December: Editing new film, “Playing with Fire”

As California burns, communities feel the heat. ‘Playing with Fire: an Ecosexual Emergency,’ a 75-minute eco-documentary produced by the E.A.R.T.H. Lab SF, explores the entwined fates of climate change and social-justice. Spurred by the devastating wildfires of 2020, artist-filmmakers Sprinkle and Stephens explore their community, amplifying marginalized voices to spark hope and action for a more just future.
